1. Consulting Services

Due to the high-level, time-intensive nature of our strategic consulting and the proprietary intellectual property shared, all consulting fees are non-refundable once the service period has commenced or proprietary assets have been delivered.

2. Application Fees

If an application fee is charged for the initial qualification review, it is non-refundable, regardless of whether your application is accepted.

3. Cancellation

• By Client: You may cancel your engagement with written notice. You will remain responsible for any fees due for services already rendered or committed to in your agreement.
• By Us: We reserve the right to terminate the engagement at any time for cause (e.g., non-payment, breach of terms). In such cases, no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle.
