By applying for or engaging our Corporate AI & Strategic Consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access our services.

We provide high-level strategic consulting and AI implementation services. Specific deliverables will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Consulting Agreement signed by both parties.

3. Client Qualifications

Our services are reserved for organizations meeting specific revenue and operational criteria. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

• Our IP: All methodologies, frameworks, and pre-existing AI models remain the property of Scheraine Beau Consulting.
• Your IP: Any data you provide and any custom-built agents trained exclusively on your proprietary data remain your property.

5. Payment Terms

• Consulting fees are due as specified in your invoice or agreement.
• Late payments may incur interest charges.
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.
