At Scheraine Beau, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Digital Products and Downloads

All sales of digital products, downloadable guides, templates, and courses are final and non-refundable. Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, we cannot offer refunds once the product has been purchased and access has been granted.

2. Coaching Communities (IMPACT+ & The Contractor's Edge)

Subscriptions: Memberships to our communities are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period already paid.

Access: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the community until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Consulting and Agency Services

Retainers and Service Fees: Fees paid for consulting services, agency work (e.g., Home Service Pros), or strategic sessions are non-refundable once the work has commenced or the time has been reserved on our calendar.

Cancellations: If you need to reschedule a consulting session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been an error in billing or you have a concern about your purchase, please contact our support team immediately. We are dedicated to resolving issues fairly and amicably.
